Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective item, please email us at support@barelyn.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the defective item

We will process a replacement if the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable for orders that:

  • Were canceled before shipping

  • Arrived damaged and cannot be replaced

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
